Bin Angel is a monthly subscription service that collects trash and recycling bins (up to 3) from the curb after trash day and places them wherever the customer instructs them to-- this can be in a yard, in a driveway, up against the house-- anywhere except a locked area (see questions below). The cost of a monthly subscription is $29/month.

Bin Angel can also place (filled) trash bins at the curb and collect them the following day (vacation plan) for a one time $30 fee. 

• Early commuters who leave before trash pickup and are not able to bring the bins in on time.

• Disabled customers who may have difficulty bringing the bins in (or out).

• Forgetful customers who have a million other things on their minds.

• Owners of rental properties (i.e. Airbnb) who are not always there to collect the bins.

• To avoid a fine: many towns require residents to remove the trash bins from the curb in a timely manner after trash pickup. Some towns even hand out fines for trash bins left out on the curb all day. 

• To avoid losing your bins in the wind: we've all seen the bins rolling around the street during a windy day. These loose bins pose a hazard on the road and run the risk of being damaged by cars or of causing damage to property.

• To avoid having your bins stolen: it may sound silly but trash bins are stolen all the time, especially if they are not marked with an address (Bin Angel can paint your address onto your bins for a fee). When bins are stolen, it's an inconvenience and an added expense.

• To reduce the chances of burglary: bins left on the curb all day can make your home a target by signaling to thieves that no one is home. If they drive through each week and observe a consistent pattern of bins left out, they can get to know when no one is home all day. 

• To have piece of mind while on vacation: if you're scheduled to travel before trash day and you don't have anyone to put the trash out for you, you will have to a) leave the trash indoors and return to a stinky house, or b) leave the trash outside for days or weeks and create an epic buffet for local raccoons and rats. Bin Angel gives you another option: we can put the trash out for you and return in the morning to move your bins back so you don't even have to think about it.

Once you purchase a subscription, you will fill out a form and Bin Angel will confirm the days of service via email. A bin Angel agent will then visit your property on those scheduled days (between 9a-11-a) to collect up to 3 bins and place them where you have instructed. The Bin Angel agent will repeat this twice (2x) a week as long as the subscription is renewed each month. 

We know our service is a little different and you may be wondering if it's even necessary at all, so we want to let you try us out for 2 weeks and see for yourself. We are confident that after 2 weeks of not having to worry about your bins on the curb, you will want to continue on a monthly plan with us. After all, who wouldn't want one less annoying task to worry about? Your credit card will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel any time.

Yes, we can pull your (filled) bins to the curb the night before trash pick up and then return in the morning to collect the bins and put them back- this is our vacation plan and the fee for this service is $30 (for up to 3 bins).

We can also paint your address on your bins ($10 per bin). As we continue to grow, we will be implementing a bin sanitation service. We have big plans for future offerings so stay tuned!

The monthly subscription covers service of up to 3 trash/recycling bins, but don't worry, you can add more bins to your plan. The fee for an additional bin is $5/month per bin. 

No. Bin angel can only place your bins on the exterior of your home (like against a wall, near a staircase, etc) or inside an unlocked yard. We cannot carry keys, codes, clickers, etc due to the impracticality of it and also because it is a liability for both Bin Angel and the customer (ex. if a door is accidentally left unlocked, etc).
